I thought it was way too quiet for a performance car.... so i replaced my jcw exahust with a playmini - whooohooo what a hoot. JCW exhaust now lives on my wifes standard S.

I'm a bit to your mind of thinking... but dont want to lose the beautiful JCW exhaust tips

Anyone any ideas... How good is the PlayMini exhaust...Does it actually release any power and how much louder is it than a stock JCW exhaust??

The 02 burbles and pops in all gears, yet the 04 JCW has only minor burbles that are harder to induce. And I fang this car around and I want to hear burbles and pops.

I have to agree....the JCW exhaust is pretty tame as "non-stock" exhausts go....although I do prefer this to those "farty ricers" driving around.

I also don't hear anything pops and burbles when backing off the throttle...makes one wonder on the individual variance of the set up of these kits?
