Is the Cooper really faster with performance mods?

Do you guys think a 2003 MINI Cooper with a magnaflow exhaust system, intake system, powerslot front rotors, 4 new Mintex brake pads, stock 15 inch 8 spoke rims with 175/65/15 tires (with the only option as sport seats) is faster than a totally stock cooper with zero options? I am asking this question beause I will like to know what you guys think the 0-60 time will be with these upgrades. I know a totally stock cooper is between 8-9 sec 0-60. Thanks and let me know!!

My cooper is definately quicker off the line with the following. I decreased my 0-60 time by more than 1 second. Measured with G-tech Pro.

17"BBS RD's (20lbs.) $215 US each
Pilo Racing high performance coil pack $69 US
250 ohm performance plug wires (Livewires) $120 US
K&N typhoon intake $200 US

I'm pretty certain the disks and pads won't make it quicker 0-60...

the coil pack and plug wires made a big difference on my car. Felt much quicker off the line and I strongly recomend it for the money. Look for Livewires plug wires, they have the lowest about of resistance at 250ohms. I got mine from a local shop, but I think MossMini sells them.
