Location of OBD2(service plug in port) on MCS

Does anybody know where the OBD2 port(service plug port) is on a 52 MCS, have a a good look round, have found plastic cover obove the brake pedal which says OBD but i cant open or remove it, it doesnt look the right size anyway, Can anybody help me.

Look under the dash, on the drivers side of the vehicle. There is a small labled door that should be able to reach while sitting in the drivers seat. It may take a little effort to open the door. It just swings down and exposes the plug (the cover seats in the plug when closed, so it can be tough to open if you're not used to it.

It's on the left-side footwell on my US MINI Cooper 5-speed. Just YANK on the cover and it hinges open.
