Question If you bought a GP what you modify?

I'd change:
  • Dash..................from Silver to anthracite
  • Front bumper......replace it for a Cooper S one
  • Side Skirts.........replace them for Aero Side Skirts

And that's pretty much it.

I recon it'll cost about £500 all in.

What would you modify?

I wouldn't change anything that can't be reverted back to stock.

The only thing the GP Body Kit needs is color coding the front and rear wheel aches and lower rear body trim.

I like the Black Arches.....also colour coding isn't reversible?

If you changed the bumpers/Skirts you could always change them back when time comes to sell.

You have to take the arches and trim off to paint them so just buy replacement pieces and have them painted. You can simply refit the original pieces to return it to stock.

These pieces will be a lot cheaper then a front bumper and side skirts.

OK Mo, beat me with a stick, after all of the sniveling about BMW, I bought the GP tonight. Going to California to pick it up.

I am going to install the auto up window circuit immediately.

Red bullet wheels for daily driving. Already have the wheels, just got to paint them.

A chili red top in vinyl.

I like the way the aero kit looks, so that stays the same.

I'm going to really consider getting the Xenons
Change the dash..maybe Carbon Fibre
If the Boot handle is just matt black, i'll change it to a CF one
Stereo System may need an upgrade.

I suppose. I've just never been a huge fan of colour coding, but I bet it makes waxing much easier.

If I had the cash, I'd add these wheels.

I love em.

I'd have to have Recaros

But surely part of the fun of having a GP is the exclusivity, so why change anything?

It is so hard to predict, not having seen the car. My dealer had 4 allocated, one sold out of state, and one to us. If the other two sell out of the area, then I may not do anything other than the Wheels to it. The 17 bullets are just to keep from wearing out the expensive 18 inch tires.

If I keep meeting my clone coming down the road, I will do the roof graphic.
