Got my last 7 & Production number this evening.

Redirected to the BMW owner's circle, too. Ooooooh. Aaaaaaaah.

Go to order tracking & click on "view order details" for a much more impressive number

In talking to db this evening, we speculated that we're being redirected to the BMW site because the car's not being made in Oxford. Can anyone verify that?

Monterey and Lime Rock GP Deliveries

Heard that the GP's were discussed at the Regional Sales Manager's meeting in South Carolina this past week. There are approx 80 GP's to be delivered at both locations, pretty evenly split between the 2 locations. The GP Delivery Program has been closed out, and no one else can apply. So, sounds like there will be a good number of folks West and East, which is good for us (and good for MINI)

Ok, I'm still apprehensive about a celebrity doing Monterey pickup, but we might as well speculate on who it is.

My thoughts, can't be someone on the A list, those people wouldn't do it for the money/time involved. Likewise, probably not a female because MINIUSA wants the GP to have a macho rep. Doubt it would be a politician because of the problems with supporting a non US built car. So from the B list or lower males, I'm hoping for Terance Stamp. Could be Rutger Haur though. I'm not speculating about any sports figures, don't follow sports enough to know any of the names.

United-States GP sales in U.S.

The Mini dealer I bought my S at has sold six GP`s. They were allocated eight and have already sold six. They were allocated eight because they are the no. 1 Mini dealer in the U.S..
