| Why do you think a complete upgrade is needed ? I'm also interested in making the brake ducts functional. If you are going aftermarket, then I would recommend Stoptech, but don't use the regular pads included in the kit. They are for street use only. I had Stoptech with Carbopad fitted on my BMW Z4 (front and rear). Good performace on the race track together with upgraded brake fluid and brake hoses. Keep in mind, the one pot BMW OEM brakes aren't that shabby so unless frequently bringing the car to the track expensive aftermarket BBK are not worth the money IMO. |
