I am using a net taken from a Nissan X Trail which I have secured to the brace. It works well.

When I am back home at the weekend I will take some pictures.

isn't it dangerous to not have a net or some way to secure your luggage in the GP?

For people who do not have a net , do your goods just fling around behind your seats.

MINI, it is a way of life.

At last I have got round to taking the promised photos and posting them

The net is a genuine Nissan X Trail cargo net that I 'stole' from my wife's X trail before we sold it.

It is fixed to the floor in 5 places and is totally removable, by carefully working out how to and where to fix it to the floor I still get full access to the under floor storage area.

For added security I also use the red blanket to cover anything that is left in the boot.

I like it.

I bought a standard Mini cargo next that you can for the boot. It looks quite small but it's surprising how much gear you can fit under it.

I also have the same - bought it from Mikey

If you look at 4th picture you will see it is holding down the red blanket and my rear wash wipe kit - bottle of water and rubber squeegee
