they'll only be used as a dry day track tyre for me, so i'm not too worried about their performance in the wet, i'll be using the runflats for everyday driving
I seem to be getting good reports on how grippy they are in the dry, looks like i'll go for them

It could rain during the track day though?

I really like those wheels. I quite fancy some myself, just for everyday abuse.

your right it could, but i'll take the chance cause the weather should be good for the next few track days over here, i might need new tyres come the end of the summer when it starts to rain alot more over here and then i can switch to something else

i personally wouldnt use them for everyday, i'd prefer to keep the car OEM as possible, i cant even believe i'm about to buy non oem wheels for the even even just for track days

Did you look into michelin pilot sport Cup version?

I worked for michelin and personally wouldnt bother with their road tyres.

Try avon and yokohama also. A539 yokohama is popular amongst hot hatches at track days. I use them daily on the S also!

If they are only for track days does what they look like matter? If your like me you will have wheels for each weather! I do find it strange that in brittan we use the same tyres all year round.

Im running toyo 888s on BBS rims as my daily drivers!!

The OZs are very nice in black

Exactly, go for the lightest wheel possible!
