Have you considered the JCW Kits produced prior to being adopted by BMW?

The 200 bhp kit was the least powerful of these...

Tony Franks (ex JCW, now MiniMotorsport) is probably your best source of info, but the two main additional kits were the 225 (200 + different charger, 4-2-1 tubular exhaust manifold, plugs) and the 265 (a complete engine...).

Picture shows the 225 kit.

I suppose I could add a Q&A for these kits but they were Motorsport rather than Works kits

The 225 kit is JCM
The actual spec of the kit is dependent on the base car, but always includes JCM 4/2/1 mani. sports cat, longer lamda leads and 15% pulley - Note Tony fits a new telflon SC with the pulley already fitted as this saves time in the conversion, he has the pulleys fitted down the road from his garage, this ensures correct fitment and alignment.

The 265 or 270 kit is again JCM
This is not available to the general public.

And then there is the JCM 24 hour challenge car spec - again not available to the public.

In Italy

You used to be able to buy the 265/270 - the only bar being the £10k price tag as i understand it. Or at least, that's what I was told when I had my Works Kit fitted at Works...
