Spark plug change - MINI Cooper Forum

Hi all,does anyone have any info on when plugs should be changed on a 2006 JCW R53.Its just had its second service at 20K miles where i was told its not due till the next service which would be an inspection 2.I know this is correct for an S but doesnt the JCW have more frequent plug changes? If i wait till the next service the original plugs will be 5 years old as i dont do loads of miles.Surely this cant be right.

Im not 100% sure when you are supposed to change them, so ive just ordered some new ones, and im gonna change them myself. I know its done then.

Would definetely say its worth it.

New bulletin specs a plug change at every oil change.

What bulletin is this & could it be US only
