2002 works?

Hello all - I'm shopping for a mini and came across this car. I'm a bit confused on the specs on this car, though. Are the Works models just related to 2003 and up? Since this is a 2002 model is it just referring to cosmetic changes and not engine changes? Any clarification would be appreciated. Thanks! So, this is not the "S" model, but a "s body kit" instead? Confused.

I've found the ad in question (here) and the car is a 114bhp non-S Cooper with the Aero kit (bumpers, skirts).

From the advert, it doesn't appear to have either the 126bhp Cooper JCW Tuning Kit, or the JCW Sound Kit, and as a non-S car, definitely isn't a JCW (200-210bhp) model in the "true" sense of the word.
