Long time no see, I was just watching Top Gear on BBC world and this week they test 4 hot MCS conversions. It's a must see just to watch them sliding around the test track
I think the show is repeated a few times in the next few days, well worth a watch.
I have a copy of that particular Top Gear show on windows media format for those who have missed it. If you want a copy, I can provide the file to you when I return to HK.
The whole show, which is car related, is about 1 hour long in length and has a 198mb file size.
Andy,
Are you referring to the testing of the Works, Hartge, Digitec and BBR275?
I have a media player file of JUST that part, if anyone's interested. I'll go home and check the file size tonight. I've downloaded that from northamericanmotoring.com a while ago, but I'm not sure whether the link is still there.
Hubert
Just realised that I've got a copy of that in my flash disk.
It's 11.3MB. It's not a small file, so I'm not sure what's the best way to distribute this.
Yeah. It would be even more amazing if it's half the price!
The commentator likes it SO much. You can tell from his reaction. He just has to vote for the Works as the script says. That's the impression I got anyway.
It's a shame though that the stig can't test it. I'd love to see that!
Seems that Hubert's solution would be more helpful since his video file is just relevant to the MINI test. Also smaller file size 11.3mb vs 198mb will make it easier for distribution (especially with server bandwidth limitations). A suggestion is to upload it on the New HK MINI club domain if they allow, or if anyone wants to donate some server space, that would be great.
The version I have is a full file of the entire show, about 1 hour in length. The main topic of the show was to test the Lamborghini Miura, Countach, and Gallardo. With some other shorter reviews (such as the MINI aftermarket tuner comparison). If you guys and gals want to get this version then I can certainly burn a copy of it on CD for you when I return to HK.
