Cooper Works kits a possibility for Australia

A small article in todays (27-03-02) Courier Mail in Brisbane stated that John Cooper is currently negotiating to bring out the Works packages for the Cooper & Cooper S.
150KW was stated as the power output for the "S" upgrade. They will most probably be sold through existing MINI Garages, but not until after the Cooper S has been released. This is probably old news, but it is MINI news.

Looking forward to seeing the price for this - Just the performance mods, mind... Not fussed on adding any bodykit

No actual price was mentioned rich, only that it would be reasonably priced for the performance gain. I know the Works kit for the Cooper has been criticised in the UK press for it's maximum price minimum performance increase.

We shall see. I would be interested in mechanicals only too.
