Around 215 bhp sounds reasonable with all modifications mentioned I reckon.

You can't just add claimed HP to your total to make a big figure. Sports exhaust may be worth a claimed 10hp on its own. Induction kit may add claimed 10hp on its own. However, effect together will not be an additional 20hp, guaranteed.

If you want to go faster, don't bother adding a few extra HP, you won't see the difference. Want to go faster, lose weight. Ultra-light alloys, light non runflat tyres, race spec battery, even lighteweight competition seats. Bin the speakers, lose some sound deading material... big boned? lose some lard.

Want better lap times? Buy bigger brakes. Its the brakes that will shave a second or two off your lap times, not the extra 6-8hp.

Spend your money as you like, but be prepared for serious dissapointment if you get it dyno'd. 250+bhp from this engine is only achievable through a fully engineered race spec package, not half a dozen components thrown together from the advert pages of Go-Mini etc.

all i was getting at was, improved fuel to air ratio(mixing), a only use bhp as a marker,, its the torque gain i am more interested in..

If you really want to get more performance, BBR will modify "modified cars" i.e. the Works at a discounted price (according to their website). They will leave all the works bits in, but change the supercharger belt, pulley and re-map the ecu for improved performance.

I understand what you mean about improving the torque, but I don't think a chip will do that much to be honest as the Works car is already chipped from standard. I've basically got the same setup as you and my next mod will be the brakes as I'll be a lot quicker with more stopping power.

A ST170 got in my way the other day but when it came to hitting the brakes, the Ford stopped a hell of a lot quicker. However, if you still want to go the chip route, I suggest you speak to BBR.

Well I spoke to AMD direct in the states and they advertised a customised OneClick for the S Works but after I mentioned the mods I have they said there is little they could do in terms of increased performance so be aware of what other companies are saying. AMD were honest enough to admit this and I feel that if they could produce a better map with those components then they would!!!
