Yep we already know, since my wife and I just bought our first Mini on Halloween. We bought 2010 Black Mini S.

If you drive up I-75, exit on Daniels and then turn left at US41 and it will be one block, on your right.

Link to their website: HERE

Rumors were rampant in April, '08 when I had to travel to Palm Harbor to buy from Ferman.

I have been fortunate to never have any 'Return-to-Dealer' issues with my Cooper and will be nice to have local service for remainder of the Service Contract (already DIY'd two Oil/Filters in 4400 miles) and two year 'Full Service' is due in March.

MINI of Fort Myers had a nice area blocked off on their lovely grounds for the Cookout and there were at least twenty-five MINI's (wish I had counted) including at least six Cabrio's and one GP.

Pirate Coast Coopers is a Naples based club that has been in existance for several years and MINI of Fort Myers just opened last month, what a great opportunity for meeting some wonderful people.

They have donated storage (for PCC) to store chairs, banners, tables, tents and all that is needed for picnics, Rallys, etc.. They also had free cotton 'Tee' Shirts with PCC logos front & back with a small "Sponsored by MINI of Fort Myers" logo on left sleeve.

It was Pirate Coast Coopers second annual picnic, I had never heard of them, but was impressed enough to join (along with almost every attendee that did not already belong), there are no fees or dues. Joining was just fill out a simple application and then they took two 'head' and two full photos with you and your MINI, said they would prepare Photo Membership cards and give ten Color 'business cards' with your car photo and your contact information. New Members were given a club handbook (three-ring binder) with eleven pages of club activity and maintenance tips to begin with.

Pirate Coast Coopers currently has no Web presence.
Contact information would be George, or Valeria Salivonchik, 4500 32 Ave. S.W., Naples, FL 34116.

Be Careful at this dealer

I was just treated very rudely and given a tremendous amount of hostility bordering on physical intimidation by a manager at the Fort Myers Mini. The salesman was very nice but when the manager got involved with the pricing he began to raise his voice and get very close. I asked for my keys and told him we where leaving and that he should lower his voice. He replied with "he is the manger and he would talk as loud as he wanted. We are still in the market for a Mini but not until I am told how this situation will be resolved I will not be purchasing it.

With unemployment the way it is I am sure they can find someone that is not on a roid rage like this guy. My wife was scared! Almost makes me not even want a mini. I would recommend going to another dealer. This one is nice until you do not like their first offer for full sticker and 5000 under NADA trade in value for your mint condition trade in!

Really sad to read of your experience at this new MINI dealer.

First avenue would be the local management at MINI of Fort Myers and their parent company would be Sonic Automotive.

Sonic Automotive | Lexus, Acura, Audi, BMW, Buick, Cadillac, Chevrolet, Chrysler, Dodge, Ford, GMC, Honda, Hummer, Hyundai, Infiniti, Jaguar, Jeep, Kia, Land Rover, Mercedes, Mini, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Pontiac, Porsche, Saturn, Saab, Scion, Subaru, To

They are the owners of MINI of Fort Myers as well as several other Fort Myers Automobile dealerships and other MINI dealerships accross the country.

MINI USA would be another place you should advise of your unkind treatment.

Sunshine MINIs would be another location for you to publicly vent your anger.
