The Quad Electric Drive QED MINI

Just came across this interesting concept Vehicle where they have put a 160bhp Electric Motor into each of the MINI`s wheels giving it a 0-60 0f 4.5secs & Zero Carbon emmisions.

Unless there's something specific I know I want I tend to avoid the trade areas. Too many people tend to get on my nerves trying to give me leaflets about stuff I'm not remotely interested in!

I see this at the show and took a few photos of it.

http://www.mini2.com/galleries/showgallery.php?cat=1883

I did hear the person on the stand say that the car has no brakes and uses the four electric motors for braking, I would hate to be in a power cut.

I like the way they have lowered the heater and switches to fit screen in the centre, this gives me a few ideas for a new PC & Sat Nav install.

Not to sure on the hear knob though
