Was looking at the motoringfile guide to the R numbers on MINI and what they all refer to and it got me thinking.

What is R54 reserved for? Currently R50 - R58 have all been mentioned but R54 is missing?
Is it the new Works model (now it's rumoured to be a separate model).
Maybe Paul may of heard R54 being used for something else, any idea Paul, anyone?
