If anyone is interested, i was travelling back to Newcastle from Norwich on Friday when is was undertaken by a red/black de-badged Mini Convertable in traffic.
Looked nice i have to saw.
The hood looked a bit cheap round the boot, but i could be a prototype.

Was the roof down or up? Anyother distinguishing features - i've ordered one so I am keen to know?

The hood was up. Red car with a black roof. Looked like a Cooper by the tailpipe but other than that, looked standard.
