As for Malaysia, one of our club members has bought the car, now pending payment of duties. The GP costs about £43,000 (including taxes and duties) in Malaysia. Yes, Malaysia has a very high taxes and duties for imported cars.

Wow, you really get stung with taxes & duties, that's nearly twice what I paid for mine!

That makes what you do regarding the charity work even more special!

I would be very interested to know how your member gets on with his GP when it arrives. Mind you the roads have dramatically improved over there in recent years!

Whoever buys a car in Singapore, it will cost a arm and a leg as the honet stunk 3 folds that means one have to pay 3 times of the unit cost.......... thats a rip off
