* Urgent* Help needed!!

Ello Mini people!

After a bit of a scrape with a Jag at the weekend I'm after a replacement front bumper for my Cooper S Works ('03) - I've seen these 2 on ebay, and I'm wondering if:

a) 'Jet Black' is the same colour as 'Solid Black'?
b) Will the '05 set clip straight on to my '03 cooper s?
