Hello all fellow Minians! The day has finally arrived and I have taken delivery of my brand spanking new Mini one.

Guess the colour - it's in my user name

16" Shark Fin Alloys
Multi Function Steering Wheel

Manual Aircon
TLC
DE Badged

Okay before you say it I will post pics soon! i promise

Can anyone tell me what docs were delivered with the car?

I got my TLC book
Service book
Log book
Log book for the CD player
Dealer Mini Keyring

But the brochure mentioned something called a MINI PASSPORT? Did anyone get one of these and can you please tell me what it is?

The car was bought from Sytner City MINI in Canary Wharf, London - anyone dealt with them? - They were okay for me

Is there anything else which I need from them?

That's about all i got with mine too. Other than the manual which you seemed to miss off. Certainly no minipassport whatever that is!

The manual is fine, but the stereo manual is pap, I did expect a bit more of a manual with the HK stereo than what i got.

the mini passport thing comes out in the post, and can take days, weeks or months to arrive

Mini passport will be sent to you from MINI UK. It sometimes includes discounts etc for events. When I got mine it had reduced admission to Motorshow. No further updates by post but go to the ministry of ownership on the mini site and you will find more there.

Thanks all! Just wondered what this passport was all about

Does anyone know if my car would be CD prepared? I.e. ready for a cd changer to go int the boot? How can i check this?

Hiya

Like the 'minians'!!

The mini passport can be used to log any runs or events you go to, However my passport took 3 months to arrive so dont panic if it doesnt arrive right away!

Good luck with your mini and have lots of fun

Okay so I am panicking! I have just come accross some posts where people have mentioned ordering 2006 Mini's....does that just mean they are taking delivery in 2006 or is something about to be replaced
