Offline | I've applied for a sales job at MINI! Hi Guys, I'm currently looking for a career change and a couple of weeks ago, I applied for a job at a London MINI Dealer to become a MINI Sales Exec. I had my first interview with the MINI Sales Manager which I felt went well and tomorrow (12/10/05 9am-3pm) I have an Assessment, which I understand to be a number of aptitude and personality tests to evaluate numeracy, literacy, accuracy and personality characteristics, followed by some role plays. I've never done anything like this before so I'm looking for any advice that may be useful to me, especially if you've been through the same/similar procedure! Many Thanks Jase ![]() '06' Cooper S Convertible - Astro Black, '04' Mazda RX8 231 - Black |

Offline | what i normally get told when services dont liek the tone of my voice when dealing with them. they say.. i'll find out and call you back or speak to mini uk But my piece of advice is.. the mini sells on its own your there just to do the paper work. beleive me this is true. just when i bought my car. i saw it... sat in it.. (by pure chance he was a new sales man starting that day) he's like do you like it..im like yes. and i'll ahve it provided you knockof 500 ntoes and put bonnet stripes on it.. he was garsping for breathe. i guess it was just under 5 minutes after seeina nd sittin in the car when we struck a deal i prob guess its prob the fastest car he has ever sold |

Offline | Hey guys, Thanks for your replies. It seems like we have a lot in common nanoooo! I've been running my own telecoms company for a few years now and I have revenue coming in from telecoms carriers every month without doing any work. I've also been doing web design but for the last few months I haven't had much to do so I have the time on my hands to get a full time job doing something I can do well (hopefully) and enjoy. I'm also sick of working at home! Jase '06' Cooper S Convertible - Astro Black, '04' Mazda RX8 231 - Black |
