Huge balls up by my dealer

So, my bank statement arrives today and the figure in my account looked a little low so i begin investigating.

The first payment of my new MCS had gone out which i got in August, a month later than it should have been. Ok me thinks, the initial extra £100, no biggie!!

Further down the month I go to find another payment to BMW financial services. Turns out that my dealer forgot to pay off my old finance and has left me £500 out of pocket, even better they have sold the car.

How nice am I though!! Paying for someone elses car

Just waiting for a phone call back to see whats going to happen about it

Funny how it never happens in your favor... they will claim it's a mistake.

I could be wrong here but I am sure the dealer has broken the law.
All finance has to be settled before selling the car on.
So you shouldn't loose out.
