yahoo groups

Yeah, well, those yahoo groups are a pain at first shot, but then when you get set up for it, they do provide a very nice place for you to park your mini club.

cheese - i'll get there as soon as i find my yahoo sign in stuff.

btw

Cheese and all : You do know, right?, that there is a pre-existing Mini Club in New Jersey. Mini Owners of New Jersey, having a web address off the Hemmings Motor News website in the "clubs" or whatever similar to that you see, section at: http://clubs.hemmings.com/miniownersofnj/

Also, for those Connecticut people, I am currently trying to get Mini Owners of Connecticut up and running again after about a 25 year break.

Send me a private message if you can help on that one, meanwhile, keep checking:

www.miniownersofconnecticut.org

for the latest efforts.

Cheers,

I'm sorry you folks arent happy about having a yahoo account but I've been quite happy with mine. The Yahoo photo album is very convenient, as is the free geocities webpage. I'm suprised that all of you guys who've gone through the hassle of waiting months for a MINI arent willing to go through the hassle of signing up for a yahoo account! It doesnt make you wait 9-12 months before you get your account, i promise.

I've checked out the existing MINI group webpage. The lady who runs it is a salesperson at Princeton MINI. That page hasnt been updated in over a year.

I dont control the Metro MINI group, I'm just a member helping to promote it. Hopefully you'll be allowed to participate in our events without being a member.

Looking forward to meeting those of you who are members at the Rogue Engineering open house next month.

Thumbs down Unemployed?

Yeah, we're all unemployed. We all had to quit our jobs because it was such an insurmountable difficulty filling out a form on the web.
