Replacing Horn in S

I have a 2004 S, with aero kit. Both horns are out. Fuse is ok and I have disconnected the harnesses to the horn and verified that I have current to them. Car is under warranty, but my nearest dealer is 300 miles away and although they will tow it in for service it makes a huge problem for picking it up. Dealer will send me new replacement horns under warranty. What I need to know is how do I go about installing the horns? I know that the front bumper has to be dropped, but I don't know how to go about doing it. Can I do it myself? Any help or suggestions will be GREATLY appreciated.

Good information, however I was told that I had to drop the front bumper, not just the bumper cover. Anybody know?

Not sure what youre referring to as the Bumper then, unless you mean the Lateral Aluminium Fabrication that runs across the front ??
...and if so, then NO , you dont have to

As you can see from the pic, only the "Cover" as you call it, needs to be removed.

I am certain that you are correct having looked more closely at the pix. The dealer is the one who said to drop the bumper, but I have called him minutes ago and he said that he meant only the cover not the whole bumper pack. Thanks for the help - think I will give it a try.
