Nah, no aero kit. I was thinking about getting one over the last couple of months, but decided I'd got better things to spend my money on as I already really like the look of my car (Milltek exhaust, B&M Short Shifter, Eibach ProStreet Coilovers[50mm], full black leather JCW front seats, and Dension Icelink Plus for my iPod; all to be done over the next couple of months ) ![]()

My word your gunna be busy! The seats will look awesome definately, how much are the leather ones if you dont mind me asking?? Saw there was a cloth set go on Ebay recently for £300. Will you need the harnesses to?? Id like a set in mine, tyres are my first priority though

I've got Toyo T1S at the mo, but swapping for Goodyear Eagle F1s (GS-D3) when I need new tyres - you can't go wrong with them ![]() The full leather ones are around £1200 for the pair. You can just fit them onto the old tracks etc. I'm currently considering whether to go for the full black leather (which will no doubt look nicer) or the half leather with the cloth pattern inserts, which will match my rear seats. Otherwise the full leathers won't match Not 100% decided yet.http://www.mini2.com/forum/first-generation-interior-ice/111171-john-cooper-works-seats-choices.html ![]()

Full Leather gets my vote! If I got some though id need the 1/2 Black 1/2 Red ones to match my interior! Only seem them like once! Alot of places keep telling me I need runflats even MINI have advised me to stick to them knowing im not getting tyres from them!

Runflats aren't all that bad, sure they're heavier and not as grippy as some other tyres, but they're very convenient and give you piece of mind. They're not as bad as a lot of people say. But, I swapped mine for "proper" tyres very early on, as did a lot of people on here. You'll be fine - just carry a compressor (£5 from ebay) and a can of tyreweld (£10) for punctures etc. You'll certainly enjoy the softer and quieter ride (depending on the tyre you get obviously), better grip, etc. ![]()
