Coolnew have ceased trading - can't say I am surprised they never seem to be very good.

However they took a deposit for halo lights pre-xmas which I never saw. I'm wondering if I will every see this desposit back? and also where can I get these halo lights from now?

Does anyone have contact details for them?

COOL NEW WERE A LOAD OF RUBBISH HOWEVER THEY WERE PART OF SCOOBYTEK. If you ring scoobytek they are obliged to give you your money back. If they refuse then the threat of small claims court should work nicely as they themselve have decided to cease trading and have not gon bankrupt, otherwise it would be a different matter.

Good luck getting your money back, I wondered what would happen to those who paid deposits for these back when I first saw they had stopped trading.

i'm supprised at this... I spoke to them a few weeks ago and they had moved into a bigger premises and everything.

I'm not at all surprised, with the amount of complaints I saw on here I was slightly surprised it didn't happen sooner.
