New Colours "Due Soon"

Wasn't sure myself if this was general or future variants, as it's not far off.

Just done some research, thanks to www.minipark.net (my old Mini is on there somewhere)

Found some of the colours (not sure how close these originals the new will be)....

Surf Blue: http://www.minipark.net/car_image.ht... 5Cjvo_011.jpg
Java Green:
http://www.minipark.net/car_image.ht...5 Ckermit.jpg
Applejack:

Sand Glow:
http://www.minipark.net/car_image.ht...Csand+mini.bmp
Harvest Gold:
http://www.minipark.net/car_image.ht...5Coldmini1.jpg
Russet:
http://www.minipark.net/car_image.ht...er+benzine.JPG

I wonder if we'll get a load of 1275 GT look-a-likes, as side stripes are ever more popular anyway?!

Maybe Russet is the new "Velvet Red"?

Also, before anyone asks, no information on what colours will be available for what models.

You sure this is not an April Fools Joke put out by Mini?

Now with that said, I love Surf Blue...

I vote for a classic Paul Mullett leg pull

Putting the date in front of the news headline is the clue I think

On saying that (ahem, date), I've actually seen a legitimate Russet Brown New Mini Cooper... custom sprayed obviously... I remember it distinctly because Dad used to have a Russet Brown Mini

Surf Blue (a vibrant blue), Java Green (emerald green), Applejack (a very bright green), Sand Glow (an orangey yellow), Harvest Gold (metallic gold) and Russet (a shade of brown).

sounded nice there until you posted the colours.
if this is true they should do it, as in keeping the names but id prefer a more brighter or pastelly kind of colour, a more classy deep glossy summer colours would look good, not bright AND dull like them pictures you posted.

With applejack, it would have to be sand glow. Plus, my daisy wheels would transfer right over.

I definitely concur...nice bit of research into this one though.

I'm still sticking with these...

...or maybe I just didn't understand the question...
