Offline | I waved at about 16 minis on my way from Sheffield to Harrogate yesterday and not one waved back . On the way back home I decided in a huff not to wave at any Minis so apologies to the one Orange Mini Convertible that waved at me yesterday teatime, you had already gone past before I realized. ![]() Now answering to Lady J! | With you on mini drivers not waving. Since I picked up my MCS on 1st MArch I ahve not had a single wave and don't remember getting a wave or flash in the last few months of ownership of my Cooper either. Givne my MCS is brand new on an 05 plate I find it odd that I ahve not had a single wave - I always kept an eye out for brand new mini's on the road as when you first pick up your car you are so excited by it you want to wave at people and them wave at you. There are a couple of mini's I see nearly every day ont he way into work and never once had a wave. Come on mini people - give us a wave!! |

Offline | Oi, I'm a woman who is 42 and I am NOT middle aged. I'm not dull, staid, boring, past it, frumpy or too good for waving. And by the way, I have found that younger women drivers don't wave (but then I'm not a cool young bloke so that explains it). ![]() on the road to Mandalay in my BEP Cooper |
