Hey everyone,
I was wondering if anyone would know how I could find out who is in charge of MINI internationally. I would like to make telephone contact with this person to voice my complaints about the stuff up with my car direct. If anyone could supply me with the name and number (or at least address) that would be a great help

I would say that taking it to the top doesn't always do anyone any favours, imagine you're in charge of a company, you employ people to run sections of it, people to be in charge of those sections, so that you as the person in charge can do your job and then they do theirs

I'd try and find out first of all who is in charge of customer services for your country, if you have no joy there then who is the head of the Country Specific Arm of MINI, as a letter or call straight to the top in the UK will probably get passed straight onto who it should have gone to, but if you go direct to that person its more likely that you personally will be able to get your voice heard

Oh and one more thing, don't shout or rant, as when I get customers on the phone to me (as I manage customer services for our company/brand but don't deal with all things on a day to day basis) I just switch off and pass it back down the chain to someone else. Remember they are a person on the end of the phone and speak to them as you would want to be spoken to, it helps to get a better response
