Hello all,
I'm new to Mini Coopers and I have a question. I currently have a Dodge SRT-4 and I met a gentelman with a gray MINI. He had some custome as he called it work done but he was on stock supercharger. That MINI took OFF... everytime we would get on it, he was right with me till top 2nd gear and I slowly would pull on him. That was an amazing car btw, I loved it.

I was wondering what is the max power MINIs put down on stock S/Cs?

Not many tuners actually change the supercharger itself (as far as I know), they do however almost always change the SC pulley (and belt) for a reduced size one - increase the boost.

Have a look at GT Tuning or Lohen for a few examples

The highest power I have heard of without a Turbo/twincharge kit is 260hp

Correct (on the crank comment)

Metric horsepower is hardly any different to SAE, I think it works out at about 1 : 1.014? (Although I wasn't aware we actually used PS much over here)
