| DRIVER | Will the real Pepper White Cooper please stand out? Of those who have actually seen a Pepper White Cooper, which picture looks closest? If you have a picture you think would better represent either the lighter side (A) or the darker side (B), post it! |

Offline | I saw a pepper white yesterday. I thought it was a pure silver until I looked closely... It looks a lot like B. Hyper Blue/Blue MCSC with Chilli 'No man will make a great leader who wants to do it all himself' A. Carnegie |

Offline | Problem with the contrast of the pics, A's too bright-white and the B's too gray. Saw one 2 days ago at the dealer's, it was white, more like A, but with an extremely faint trace of ivory to it. Also think it needs some serious accessories to make it stand out--wheel & tire upgrade, rally lights, bonnet stripes, checkered or white/Union Jack roof, aerokit, any combination thereof--something--anything--to make it stand out. On its own it just seems kind of blah--an empty canvas waiting for an artist. Steve Cooper S: Pure silver/black, Premium, Sport, Black leatherette, 17" R90, 4/19 build, 5/24 delivery. |

Offline | Saw one on the back of a transporter when I was coming back from the UK S launch and test drive - the transporter also had a few Ss on it, so I had to drive past it *several* times ![]() Point being, Pepper White looked distinctly BEIGE to me - much darker than the white with ivory I'd anticipated (and darker than Rover's attempt at Old English White from a couple of years ago). Ordered my "S" August '01. Arrived July '02. EB with white roof, wheels and stripes, Chili pack, DSC and climate control. Hate those 17" runflats though. Can now be seen all over the West Midlands, as a blue blur passing everything at speed |

Offline | Electric109, I'm in the same boat as you, I have a Pepper White on order, but have not seen one in person. I think it is a hard color to capture on film, digital or otherwise, but felt it was a color that would look rich in person. Post your pics when you get it and we'll add them to the mix, but I will be really interested in your impressions of seeing the color in person after having ordering only lookin at the pics. Offline | Electric109 and Jim - I've also ordered a Pepper White/Black Cooper without having actually seen one , so I'll be looking forward to more pictures too. One thing that tipped the balance for me was my belief that the Pepper White would have the best blend and contrast with the black plastic running around the lower parts of the car. Plus, I like the simplicity of having really only two exterior colors . . . catalyst 2002 Pepper White Cooper 5 speed, Black roof w/ spoiler, sunroof, Black kaleido cloth sport seats, silver 7-hole wheels, DSC, front fogs, chrome lines, MFSW, built 8/7, acquired 9/12 |

| DRIVER | catalyst, good point. Pepper White has become a much more enjoyable color since the begining of June (when I ordered the car). I originally picked the color to disguise my otherwise youthful appearance. To make a long story short, I don't ever want to be pulled over again! |

| MINI2 Regular | I own a Pepper White Cooper and it's a cream, off white. I think if you go buy a box or bottle of ground White Pepper at the store you will have it. After looking at my off white computer keyboard, that is exactally what mine looks like. Also if you roll your mouse over the emoticons,(During a post) the off white box that pops up is almost pepper white. I pick number one (A) ![]() Why couldn't we just have Old English White??? 2004 Pepper White Copoper S on order :white: 2002 Pepper White/Black Cooper, 9800 miles :white: 1972 Gunmetal Innocenti Cooper 1300, miles unknown |
