TLC pack

Hi,

Not sure which thread this should be on but I need some help with understanding the TLC pack!

I've just bought a used MCS and it has one free oil service left on the TLC pack.

Do I have to do anything e.g register with my new dealer, so I can use this, or can I just use it when I need it? How does it work?

Also I went to the dealer in Borehamwood today (I forgot to ask them about registering the existing TLC pack in my name ) and they said I can get a Extra care TLC pack (I can't remember what's it's called!) which will cost me £300 and this is for Inspection II, oil service and a brake fluid change. Is this true? It sounds very cheap to me as I thought Inspection II service on it's own would cost at least £300!!!

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

TLC is incredible deal. Saves lots of cash. As does the TLC add on for after the first 3 years. Well worth the purchase. TLC is only 100-150 on new cars (I had it on my 03 cooper and now on my 52 S) I will be getting the additional 3 years or whatever before the current one runs out.

You don't have to register the TLC in a name, its logged to the car not the owner which is why its transferable.

On the TLC pack inside front cover, it says it needs to be registered to the new owner
