Warranty Claim or Good Will???

I have just taken my Mini Cooper for its last TLC service i rang to arrange a time (3 July) for the TLC and to check a couple of things whilst still in warranty I thought it expired on the 11 Thats what it says on the V5!!! They found two faults one the oxygen sensor and a new trim cover for the B pillar but was told its out of warranty then ring again and they say its all fixed and mini will cover the Sensor on good will because the warranty expired on the 9 July at 23.59 (A sunday have you ever contacted a garage at this time?? )

so go to collect my car and be pressented with a bill for £94 for what i thought was a free service and warranty claim To make maters worse when i get home 50 miles away the Muppets have not reset the service counter. ring up and they say bring it in and we will sort it!!!!!!

I have emailed the service manager no response Thanks for all your help Wollaston Northampton.

Sorry for the rant but im not a happy Mini Owner

What is the £94 bill for, the B pillar work, and have you paid it already?
