The MINI is only manufactured in Oxford, Oxfordshire, United Kingdom. That's it. Just one place in the world.
But the parts that go into a MINI come for just about everywhere! UK, Brazil, Germany, France, Hungary, etc.

Just curious as I've bought one in Germany and I'm importing it. Looks like I'm re-importing it. Ridiculious.
Having said that how do you read this paragraph in the article...
The 2,500 Oxford employees, or 'associates', together with colleagues from throughout the rest of the BMW Group and in particular from Oxford's "sister plant" at Regensburg, Germany, have had to work to a challenging timetable to make certain MINI Cooper and MINI One are manufactured on time and at the highest production quality
I read it that there is a facility in Germany making them too!
The workers had training and experience at the sister plant, and some of the workers (I believe) have come from the plant in Germany to work in Oxford.
