Hey Guys,

Just getting my MINI (Meep Meep) serviced for his first time, after 9,500 miles. I've only had him 7 months! The miles have slowed lately, which is good

Every mile he's got better and better, as I've got to know just how to handle him.

I'm in Vines of Redhill at the moment, as he gets serviced; and as they have access to the net, I thought I'd pop on, say hello, and see how everyone's doing!

How do you find Vines in Redhill? I've got to service mine soon. Ive had it with the Cooper group and didn't have a particularly good experience with Vines in Guildford either, so I'm looking for someone new to pamper my MINI.

I hope this doesn't get moved the dealership feedback forum - but this is my second time to Vines of Redhill.

Previously I used Cooper Cobham, where their staff aren't fit for the circus, their arrogance, incompetence and utter disregard for their customers' requirements is a farce. So much to say that my car was keyed on the premises and the manager told me, a customer who's spent close to £20k, that I was a "liar".

Vines are curteous, their premises exceptional and their service is very good. I got my JCW kit fitted a couple of months ago, and they even took money off.

I know Vines of Guildford, and they are equally as helpful (over the telephone). Come to Redhill if you want to be treated well!

Ah, yes, I forgot there was a specific forum for this kind of stuff

Vines of Redhill sound like the sort of dealer I've been looking for (and proof that there is such a thing as a good dealership in Surrey/SW London)

Looking to put down a deposit on a next gen MCS in the near future so I think a trip to the North (or is it South) Downs to check out their sales staff might be in order this weekend

Hey Ruthie!

Back now... car running smoother now new oil, and all rattles have been tightened.

It's mad - I sent the car to Cooper Cobhams at least 4 times to get the rattles fixed and gave up as they could never do it. Now Vines do it first time!

Got nails in the rear wheels though no pressure being lost though, so yay!

When do I service it next, when is the 'full service'... as this seems to only have been an oil change..

Badges are on, got black and silver UJ and the GB sign... wasn't sure of them at first, now I absolutely love them!!! I haven't taken pics of it yet, and can't until Sunday as I'm heading up North now... not in my MINI though, as I don't want too many miles racking up!!
