Lovin My JCW GP Ed. Hi folks, just found this forum through Google! Nice site. Just thought I'd say how much I've been lovin my GP MINI for the past 3 months. Damn it's fast and comfortable. Some back seat would have been nice. Hope you're all liking your MINIs and minis. Cheers, Al.

It's number 17. From what I've been told cars have already been delivered but MINI wanted to 'launch' the car at the motorshow, and as such the 'first' car was haned over at the motor show. Compared to the standard Works I had this thing is mental!

I'm sorry this isn't a friendly place to discuss my new car, I never thought for a second that I'd have to submit some kind of proof to people about the car I drive. Maybe I should have to produce my documents to you all? As for the troll commment, I can only decipher that this is derogatory, which is a shame.

He's not a troll. As a ma8 of his that's a BIG Mini fan, he asked me to post. I've been in the car and it is, indeed, numbered no17. However, I still think it might be a pre production prototype rather than a full production car but he disagrees. There's a plaque on the dash with no 17, but no roof vinyl. It certainly rattles like a preproduction car anyway.
