We've got the BT Freeway FM, works really well, used them when in France for a week with friends,

Hi Dan,

The Motorolas are just about the best PMR 446 radios on the market.

This is a reputable company, and normally very reasonable. http://www.radios-uk.com/t5622.htm

Recommend these radios MOTOROLA T5022 RADIO TWIN PACK and TWIN CHARGER, easy to use and comes with a clip that can be clipped on to your seat belt for easy talking when driving.

Dan, over here we use Midland Frs/Gmrs two way radios. I don't know if you have them over there. They are the best.
