Bye Bye MINI2 - MINI Cooper Forum

Hey all

...been here for over three years, but today is the day I have sold my car. Hopefully it'll go to a new home where it will be looked after and cherished like I did. Never parked it next to other cars in a car parks (although someone would always park next to me!) washed it and polished it all the time, admired it from afar...However my MINI adventure was over a couple of years ago when my dealer - Lind Maidstone and BMW failed to service their customer appropriately.
I would love to come back to MINI, but I can't knowing that the customer service from the dealer AND manufacturer have no regard for their customer when in need. I wanted to keep this car for a few more years, stick the sound kit on a do some other bits but there was no way I could carry on...I wrote countless letters and I always hit a brick wall...therefore I do not wish to carry on...

It's a shame you've had such poor service, always a sad way to lose a fellow MINI owner.

No need to leave MINI2 though, I'm sure its still worth a read.

What are you getting instead Snuffy?
