Offline | just as an aside, I notice at least one pic floating on the header has the photographers name and copyright. That to me seems quite distracting and completely uneccesary, a 700*105 pixel image is unlikely to have commercial value anywhere else, can't we work on the assumption that we are handing over unrestricted rights to mini2, maybe there can be a page of artist credits somewhere else on the site? anyway,a couple more from me, I think the first one here captures the theme well, taken in front of the National Museum of Australia... Offline | Sorry about the delay with the winner from last month. Long story. Anyway, the winner is (was).... Grand_Cru, with this image (link): http://www.mini2.com/images/headerimages/grand_cru.jpg Because, well, it looked good and was pretty unusual too. There really were many more top quality entries than we expected, so well done everyone and thanks very much for supporting this idea! And some good stuff already this month too. Brilliant. Apologies again for the delay in announcing the winner for last month! Paul Our trials and tribulations living in a "bleeding edge" eco house... Oxley Woods Living |

| In Flanders fields ... | Did I really win??? Well, that 's nice, and thanks to the jury and Paul for choosing one of my wheel-pics. Great guys Last month I was rather actively participating, but this month I can 't find any good inspiration and/or pics in my collection Why not a bit of explanation about this pic: the dirty Dunlop runflat was pictured almost "macro" to obtain a maximum sharpness/depth of field. So creating the special "left-to-right sharpness" effect. ![]() |

Offline | Also, I made an error and the size is 750 x 105, not 700. Don't worry if you've already entered a 700, we can work on that one if you win, but from now on 750 pixel width is required! Thanks. Paul Our trials and tribulations living in a "bleeding edge" eco house... Oxley Woods Living |
