| MINI2 Regular | when you report it. You call to DVLA, they put you on hold, you wait 5 minutes to get connected and when connected the person behind the phone doesn't give a ********. Even though you report it no one cares. why bothere, if dvla is not even bothered enough. It is same with everything. I reported an unattended package in the bank, and the guy said ok and went back to work, after 10 minutes a manager showed up to see if it was anything dangerous. |

| Bring the noise | I would certainly report someone with no road-tax. Guy down the road has a disc that expired January 2005. If you belive the ads 'they' know who/where he is ! Yeah right ! So in over 20 months no Policeman/traffic warden has seen it ! What a joke ! At least he has replaced the 4 bald tyres with some quality remoulds. I pay my taxes and am law abiding, so why should others get away with it ? This is useful.... Untaxed vehicle : Directgov - Motoring The likelihood of having any MOT or insurance is pretty low, if he ran his car into yours only imagine the aggrevation...... |

| Bring the noise | I would consider bald tyres pretty serious. Especially if he were driving behind me and had to stop in a hurry. Dare say the back of my car would become a set of buffers. As for road tax - you wanna drive then you gotta pay. Would you get on a train without paying ? As for moving on, the bikeshed brigade dodge their tax, the rest of us take our responsibilities seriously. ![]() |

Offline | it really depends, if it was a nice car I wouldnt report it, if it was a female driver I wouldnt report it, I'd only consider it if it was someone who had done something wrong to me or an illegal immigrant etc. |

Offline | What else is acceptable not to pay? TV License, income tax, VAT, insurance? You just going to pick & choose which laws apply to you? Just wait until an uninsured, untaxed, un roadworthy piece of junk writes off your car & see how you feel about it then. ![]() |
