Offline | Well, my little MINIclo is aboard the Aquarius Leader and due in Port Hueneme, California on 8/20! I am REALLY getting excited now! I have been following along with everyone else's deliveries and hope mine will be relatively smooth.Anyone else's MINI aboard the A.L. with mine? Hope I can withstand the last week+ of waiting... I know that's the toughest time. Cheers! Clover Digging my ride: '03 all-Jet Black MCS: "Wicked Wanda" |

| MINI2 Regular | I am with you on the AL Mine as a little longer truck ride than yours. Hopefully September will still be nice so I can enjoy some motoring with the roof open and windwipers off! I figure Labor Dayish for me. Just think, they should be going through the Panama Canal real soon. ![]() 02 RED/WHITE MCS and motoring since Sept 7, 2002 |

Offline | GoMiniGo, do you know how to track the A.L. at this point? I haven't read anything about that vessel at all. One of my plans for the future is to motor up the coast from here in L.A. to the Canadian border. We'll have to motor together! I'm so excited with the impending arrival that I could pop! Cheers! Offline | Go, our first trip in MINIclo will be a victory lap from L.A. to La Jolla, to meet my parents, then up north a bit to Santa Paula to scout out a MINI meet at the airport there that's being planned for Oct. 6 (I'm co-hosting with Mitch from Roadfly's Forum). Mt. Rainier sounds like a beautiful drive! I've never been up that way, but my dad is from the Puget Sound area, and we're part-Snohomish and members of the Tribe. I really don't know where my MINI will take me -- I'm sure it'll be hard to stop her from hitting the trail! Cheers! Clover Digging my ride: '03 all-Jet Black MCS: "Wicked Wanda" |
