Cool TLC 5 years NO WAY

I have 1 year old Clubman Diesel with 31000 miles (goes like a rocket)
Registered Mar 2008
1st free service was 13K Aug 2008
2nd free service at 26k Jan 2009
I only have the brake fluid change left with is “Free” next year 2010
5 years or 50k!!! NO I will have used it all up in 2 years

(it should be call 2 years TLC with my mileage)

Seems very wrong, the brake fluid change is referred to as a 3rd service, the word service is rather misleading as they don’t change any oil they only change the brake fluid..
However terms and conditions state 5 years or 50k and all lubricants are covered, so I should get another Free Service when the car is about 18 months old and the service indicator is on, has anyone successfully challenged mini???
