South Africa Steep wet inclines!!!

Does anybody else hate driving up steep wet inclines from a stand still?
Pull-off normally and car shudders, rev too high and traction control interrupts causing the car to bog down, take traction control off and tyres screech and smoke causing by-standers to stare with disgust....
gee i never realsied how id miss low down torque....

If you are causing smoke you must be giving it some... Can't say mine shudders when pulling away like that tbh...

Sorry, but no. I don't have traction control and when I take off even in a driving rain on a steep I just use the clutch and hand brake. Nary a problem.

The only time i have ever had a problem with traction was when i was trying to go up a steepish road when it was covered in snow/ice. Just took my time with it thou and it made it up ok eventually.

i have an mcs, you just gotta find a happy medium of cluth and power. Have you checked to see if your tyres are in good condition, ie: not bald etc
