A couple of months ago I left my work placement and the very kind and talented secretary made me this fantastic cake - as you can imagine I was stunned and overwhelmed, I really wasn't expecting it...

it was a gorgeous jam and butter icing sponge underneath the special mini outer layer....and its long gone im afraid...very popular in our house it was

no i dont work for the police - its just a edible ink writing smudge, as it was really small!
