JCW problem

After ordering £200 worth of carbon fiber from JCW on the 21st I had not herd any thing from them. I started to think it was just the post. But as nothing came today so I sent an Email.

Only to find out that the things I ordered are now sold out. Apparently they sent 2 emails to me one on the 22nd and one yesterday. But i dint get them. Odd as I got there emails saying I had them...

Now I might be getting the Carbon inserts for the steering wheel but have to pay postage. As you don't pay postage on any thing over £20 I am now lost. As the left and right ones alone where £30 some thing

Just a word of warning if any one ordered some JCW stuff fromt here website and not got it yet or had an email. Make shore if you have not got your stuff yet email them as you might never get them .

Jordan

I've had the same problem, I ordered a C/F Handbrake grip and the JCW keyring (that my dealer said was 'discontinued' ) on Thursday 21st, and like you thought it was the post, but they still haven't turned up.
I have received the order confirmation via e-mail aswell, but my card hasn't been charged, so I'm not holding my breath....

actually I spoke to them over the phone the Friday before xmas, the guy confirmed that they would be closing for the xmas period and will be running as usual from 02/01/2007

he did mention that he had a backlog of orders to be processed and the website to be updated - however the JCW offers have now been taken off their website

best to give them a buzz.......

Apparently like i said they send emails out but i got a reply today so how come i dint get one when they sent them .

Will have to phone them on Friday unless i get a re reply..

I don't get why they are trying to charge me £6 for postage as i don't know what part of steering wheel they have in stock but there both over £20. Whats the price when u are exempt from postage .

If I was you Jordan I'd contact Chris at Woodmans and see if he can do a price match on all the bits you wanted and order it from them, as JCG obviously don't apprieciate their customers as much as Woodmans do.

JCW are still struggling to keep up with the christmas rush... they had some very good offers on in their sale and were flooded with orders...

I have a part on order and made contact with them this afternoon... you have to consider that you ordered on the 21st at a time when they were already busy. They then closed at 12 noon on the 22nd and didn't re-open till the 2nd. Give it till Friday ......not brilliant customer service though.

I doubt the dealers can match this as some of those offers were below what the dealers pay!

Got an Email from Paul Cooper saying that they have the steering wheel parts in stock but the others arnt. TO me it seams a bit pointless having just the steering wheel in the car done....

Have you received your items yet?

I had an e-mail from them last week saying one of two items I had ordered were out of stock; and that if I still wanted the second item I would have to pay for delivery, so I cancelled the order.

Never Mind.
