Offline | it sounds like a common ebay scam i have had numerous emails like it ! don't go near it at all, esp do not pass any of your details as they could be quite easily used for ID theft. ![]() 2002 COOPER / 2003 ONE D / 2003 COOPER S |

| When Will Sanity Prevail | We get that kind of nonsense a lot over here, particularly on Craigslist. Anytime a sale becomes more than just a straightforward exchange, I nix it. ![]() "I love deadlines. I love the 'whooshing' sound they make as they go by." - Doug Adams |

Offline | Who writes like that? Even if I was going to engage him, I can hardly understand what the heck he's talking about! I had a similar thing arrive by post, simply fill out some legit looking paper forms and I would have made nearly half a mill. Sure, I'll get right on it. -M |

| The Power Cube | are these scammers thick - or just the people that fall for them. £3k - you have to roll about laughing right??? send me all your details? - yeah right. come on scammers - impress us at least !!! ..... which gets me thinking - it has to be some spotty adolescents, as mature scammers would not approach it so badly. ![]() Too many mods to list, PM me if the cat needs killing... |

Offline | Is there anyone who hasn't heard of this scam before ? Really ?? Not good if MINI2 is being targeted, but after all - we're all adults, resposible for our own actions. To my knowledge there are no MINIs in Nigeria either ![]() |

| Lovin' every MINI of it! | Unfortunately, anytime something is listed on-line for sale, the scammers are not going to be far behind. This is a great warning to all of us here that we need to be diligent in watching out for each other. My thanks to BRG-MINI-One for bringing this to everyones attention. And as everyone has stated, please report it if you receive it. Global Moderator ![]() |
