I should have specced DAB. I had to draw the line and just couldn't justify it but I wish I had specced it now. I'm hoping it might be available as a retrofit.

There is something I wish I hadn't specced as well which is the chrome line exterior. I decided after my spec was locked to add the aero kit, so all the bits of chrome on the bumpers are being taken off Meaning my chrome boot handle has cost £80 and on top of that I prefer the body coloured one as there is no chrome anywhere on the rear aero kit

On last MCS wish I hadn't specced 6 CD Autochanger as had IPOD Link added a few months later and you can't have both, so I have had a black box in my boot taking up space for the last 2 years - have not added this onto R56 spec

A manual gear box rather than the auto. I gave in to a manual gearbox wary significant other and have regretted it ever since. I guess since its technically her call it was to much for me to hope for but damn I wish I could heel toe into the corners and scream out of the apex . I can't believe how many people pay extra for this option, not because it is a safety feature, but because the toggle switches look better! And you even seem surprised that your salesman didn't tell you?

Why not buy a replacement switch bank that has them all?
