Hi everyone, after deliberating for a while I've finally gone ahead and bought myself a mini, its a 55 plate Cooper in hyper blue and I collect it Monday - might sound sad but I'm actually rather excited! Previously had Renault Clio's for the past 6 years so thought I needed a change, any advice or useful info would be greatly appreciated! Thanks guys

Its not sad at all! I felt like a 12 year old at xmas when i got my new S! Enjoy!

there cracking little cars!

but i def advise buying cherished and a warranty!

but who cares if they ahve a bit of trouble!

all cars give you grief!

there be loads you want to do to it too - like having a kit car!

Well your 55 Plate has a warranty, and therefore it is as such "Cherished"

Congratulations on your buy. Word of warning these little cars car be seriously addictive. Welcome to our community. Get yourself to your local club/pub meet and on some runs, life will never be the same. Here's to many miles of MINI adventures.

Word of advice get yourself out on runs ASAP - there are clubs N, S , E and W in the country.

I had my MINI nearly three years before I met the New MINI Severns lot and I just wish I had met them so much earlier!!

You will enjoy the sheer buzz of owning this fab car

I've just got my R56 (new shape/model) yesterday and I can't believe that I am JUST as excited as the first one I got three years ago
