| TYPE R GT VTEC POWERED | Phone Call from MINI UK I got a call from MIni Uk today to ask if the service i got from the dealer when i had my aero kit fitted was good. Well the aero kit was fitted at a different dealer from where i got the car . She asked are you happy with the car . (mistake ) Well i went into full rant mode about my HiFi buzzing arm rest broken ect . She was all shocked she said & customer services will contact me about it . So we shall wait & see if they do , anybody else had the call then? |

![]() Boosted | Had the same phone call after the dealer sorted out my Aux In problem or should i say lack of the cable being fitted in the first place. Told her what i felt as i had a few other things that have gone wrong. Offline | I had the same call after I went back for the chrome peeled spotlight and although I commented about the good service of the garage, I have also told the lady about taking 3 weeks to get a spotlight from Germany.... |

Offline | Ive had calls from MINI UK after making enquiries about cherished minis. They were asked questions about the dealers, their responce, attitide etc.... Sensible questions in a customer survey....what next? |

Offline | Had calls on 3 occasions after warranty repair and service (inspection!) and each time I told them I was not satisfied with dealer service, esp they seemed to make MINI owners feel like as third class citizens compared to other BMW owners. The last time there, the service advisor did not call to report back and when I collected my car, all the service and workshop guys had gone home, leaving the keys for the sales people to hand over to me. Also told them I never get a written report when ever the car was for repair or tlc service. Well........for what it worths !! |

![]() Excited.. | its totally standard now for MINI UK to ring you up after a repair / service. It goes down as a Customer Satisfaction score, the higher the score, the higher the bonus for the dealer. BMW / MINI are having another drive on trying to deliver high customer satisfaction. So its best practice to tell the truth & all your comments do get back to the dealer, however, its all anonymous so they don't know who it is that slated / congratulated them.
